COVID19 MEASURES 

For your safety, here are some of the safety measures we have implemented.

 

1. Refrain from visiting :

- If you or a household member feels unwell and has fever or COVID19.

- If you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.

- If you are feeling unwell or have any flu & cough symptoms.

 

2. Refrain from bringing someone along for your treatment.

3. Kindly register to have your temperature measured at the lobby before coming up. 

4. Wash your hands before the procedure.

5. A new face mask will be provided and to be worn during the treatment.

 

REFUND & CANCELLATIONS

A non-refundable S$50 will be charged for any cancellations. The deposit can be transferred to other treatments but not refunded.

RESCHEDULE

All reschedules has to be done 6 hours before. The appointment will be considered as canceled and a non-refundable S$50 will be charged for no show.

PACKAGES, VOUCHERS & CREDITS

All packages, vouchers & credits have a time duration and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred. Session/s will be forfeited once the treatment package has expired. 

EMBROIDERY TREATMENT

The second session (touch up) has to be done one month after the first session and within two months. Treatment will be forfeited once it passes the treatment period. Treatment is strictly non transferrable or refundable.
